Not if what Warnie says are the facts of the P&D progress to a class action.
What is needed here is some exceptional news followed very quickly by a sharp rise in the SP.
What I can't quite accept is chairman Richards going along with all this even though my recollection of the events is the same as Warnie has put forward. I imagine he has spent a lifetime building a reputation he would protect at any cost.
Interesting times ahead which I think will make or break SBX
