Sounds like a good play to offer retail a look in as well, however, I would not be selling the farm to buy back in at 14 cents. There may be some selling from disappointed traders, but I will be sitting tight and take up what I can. With only 21 million retail shares up for grabs and approx 5000 shareholders, the math is not great for receiving full $15,000 entitlement. If only one quarter of s/h take up full offer, they still will only get $2400 worth. It appears to be only a token effort to appease loyal holders, while getting some bigger money onboard.
It all looks good to me, as nothing much has changed. Avx just has a little more breathing space after the release of data, early next year.
