POS is long way from production(2 years at least). If you trust those presentation, POS would have been producing now.

Draining Mine, Plant Refurbishment, Housing for staff needs to be shorted first, net bill may come around $200 Million dollars (Means a major capital raising as no bank will fund housing for miner project. It is a dead investment. In case project does not work, all that housing is useless and one need to pay to get them removed from the site)
