The Hang Seng stock exchange is operating business as usual despite the worsening Omicron outbreak in HK. The government also insists there will be no lockdown of the city.
An IPO in HK is now very much alive. Far more preferable than relisting in Singapore or Shenzhen IMO.
When it happens it will be the biggest news in Asia. I expect it to be a front-page bold-type story in the following : SCMP, HK Standard, Nikkei, Japan Times, Strait Times and the Asian Wall Street Journal. Ding will be interviewed on CNBC Asia. LOL
