I have a two theories.
1. hc essentially gets paid for clicks, so not only is it in their interest to flame these incessant debates, but they could well run the skol account.
2. skol is an account, not an individual per se, the account humanises itself by banging on about houses it owns etc, but it's highly unlikely a single person is involved in the copy pasta that it circulates.
