here is your answer right here. This sort of mindset, such an unsophisticated approach to investing, is why so many don’t make money.

it’s called failing to do proper research, not just of the board, the financials, the companies actual fundementals, it’s moat, it’s competition, the future, the upside, downside, risks, the macroeconomic and geopolitical factors and so forth.

most people just invest blindly - and that’s why they never know when to get off the train before it crashes
