"What is [Ukraine] meant to do?"

Advise the US that it doesn't want NATO in Ukraine, and say it publicly, ie get it in the newspapers so there's a permanent record. Russia has been saying for years that it doesn't want NATO in Ukraine. The reason Zelensky is reluctant to do that? Maybe he wants to stay alive.
