No not the plan at all, I am just trying to understand the position of a participant in the capital raise.
Sorry for the confusion.
As a person unfamiliar with the mechanics of shorting, the question is
Can an investor that is aware of their allocation in the capital raise, then short the equivalent amount of stock, to achieve a risk free return on the difference between short position and allocation price of 3.5 cents
