Ive looked at it and i think that poster is referring to this ,
January 2022 11.027 barrels per month
December 2021 465 times 31 days = 14.415 barrels per month .
November 2021 12.863 barrels per month
Maybe because the oil price is up they might be hold off pumping more barrels to get a better price or holding reserves back until they get Varn Oil Field drilled and pumping oil out from that project. A lot of other companies are doing the same thing they are not pupping more oil per month to keep the oil price between $90 to $100 a barrel and also they don't want to dry up their reserves just in-case oil goes to $200 which makes sense .
