There has been no transfer of States 15% of Comminere to AVZ to my knowledge. This article is confused from my reading.....unless the Comminere 15% has recently been decided last week but not yet announced?

AVZ purchased 15% from private owned Dathcom per the agreement in Aug 2021. There are still some Kabilla and Cong stirrers in the background on this but Nige has stated a few times its all rubbish and is final.
