    And GIR!

    It's interesting to look at the valuations in the GIR report at todays AGM. On these valuations we can conclude

    1) BHP is stealing UMC
    2) The UMC directors are screwing the shareholders
    3) Something else was on Deloittes mind when they wrote the valuation

    I have never held UMC shares but this affair stinks!
