I think SL will have strong streaming facilities but I doubt they will want to build a strong network for producing/recording rugby content on the ground in NZ (I doubt SL will send someone in the provinces to do this work). The natural partner I would look at if I was SL, would be SKY.
I am assuming that Sky does the production and recording work for RNZ, but if this is not correct, pls disregard.
