You "don't think that AVR should be fluffing around for six weeks organising a SPP for retail," I disagree. We are the owners. They work for us. It isn't "AVR" it would be the CFO who I am sure is a fine hard working chap preparing for the future but as we have few products, one customer and hopefully a slim workforce I don't think it would be that much of an imposition. Once upon a time a "company accountant" did that work in a company our size. Now we have a CFO. This sort of thing is part of his job, not the CEO who can keep his attention at the coalface. No disrespect of course. However my beef is that these CR's reduce the sp for the benefit of investors and the temporary detriment of RI's, and the investors would otherwise would have had to increase the sp and therefore MC to buy in. Counterproductive. RI's first please. At least give us a look in.
