My guess, @meghotcop, is that the vwap of the shares over the last five trading days leading into the close of the SPP (up to and including Monday the 14th of March 2022) will be around ~10c (once VC is completely flushed out this week or next and demand/supply rebalances). Thus, a 15% discount to that would be 8.5c. In that scenario, one could pick up a maximum of ~353k units in SPP.

I think the fact that we are witnessing fairly strong absorption of VC's selling, across the past couple of days at these levels, suggests that others also believe the price is likely to move back to 10c+ in the near term once VC is out. Or, perhaps they are new investors to HLF who do not have access to the SPP or current investors who want considerably more than the $30k AUD maximum that the SPP provides for.

Prior to the acquisition (3rd Feb was my data point), VC had 13.7m units remaining (~5% of SOI); that's when the "ceasing to be a substantial holder notice was released". She sold 3.8m on the day of the acquisition (15th Feb) and another 1.8m units the day after (Wednesday last week) based on broker data. We'll have data for Thurs/Fri (17th/18th) in the next two days. (There is a delay in broker data).So, as of close on Wednesday last week (16th Feb) VC had circa 8.1m units remaining (~2.1% of SOI, post-dilution).

Hypothetically speaking, if she sold another 1m units on each of Thurs (17th), Fri (18th) and Mon (21st), she would now be on ~5.1m units remaining, which is worth ~$448,800 at the current share price. If she sold ~1.5m units on each of those last 3 trading days, she would be on only ~3.6m units remaining, which is worth ~$316,800. Those are not very large figures given that today's volume alone was 5.5m units (excluding Chi-X data).

VC's position in the T20 shareholder list is soon to be a relic of the past and I believe the clearance of this overhang will have ramifications for the share price of the company going forward.
