i think it can be explained as, ctp have been talk talk talk talk talk for so long, people want to see the actual notice to say its spudded.. or results before they jump back in.
the potential is huge, but they need to do something to realise the potential.
Sure they are starting to drill next week, but its not going to excite anyone as all the previous talk, has just been talk....
Once results start coming in from the drilling, i think ctp will take off a bit. But follow up drilling will need happen straight away for the SP to stay up.
