re: parlap ~ copper specs -is now the time? Don't know, but if anyone's a mining valuer it would be RIO. Also the PNG Government is a major shareholder too. It would be in their interest to resolve tax and compensation issues ahead of any sale. BOC is really an investment co now and Panguna is not being figured into the market price (as a lost cause). Even so, it's trading at a big discount to even its stated NTA. Any sale of what was the worlds largest copper mine would be a huge bonus! I wouldn't be surprised if a Chinese concern made a bid.
