1. Did management indicate a plan to trigger the churn from annual bill shock to switch / change over to monthly plans?
This would in effect grow the annual renewal rate from 87% towards the stickier monthly product renewal rate now of 98%.
2. Did they identify an opportunity to launch 36, 60 & 120 month plans to continue the LTV growth?
Webcentral existing offers should be reformatted to appear to compete with GoDaddy;. comStarting at$0.01was ̶$̶2̶9̶.̶9̶0̶2 year purchase required. 2nd year billed at $29.89
