As Per Annoucement...BAU's mining activity has grown beyond a small Quarry into a large scale mining process hence why it was referred to the "Western Australian State Mining Act, the Department of Mines and Petroleum, Department of Environment and Conservation and the Environmental Protection Authority". They will now be granted a licence for large scale mining which is a great thing IMO. Gives BAU the ability to launch a greater scale mining and guess who is the new chairman??? Yes you guessed it Mr Barry Carbon (WA environmental sectors former and longest standing Chairman and Chief Executive of the WA Environmental Protection Authority. Looks like that licence would be easy to get and once again BAU has done the most strategic things to make it happen. Mr Barry Carbon has also held senior roles in both federal, state and overseas governments. Great buy for BAU at the moment
