Zip announces the acquisition of Sezzle in all scrip deal.

Sezxle is virtually worthless with 87 percent of their transaction income written off in bad debts but we have decided to value Sezzle at 100 percent premium to its market value.

Charlie has worked very hard for a few years on Sezzle and it's not really his fault it's nearly insolvent, so we think Charlie deserves to bank a few hundred million dollars worth of Zip stock by selling into the market.

Im sure investors in Zip will understand we have built our reputation in fairness and being the first choice for Director Enrichment and it would not be fair for LD PG AE and BD to have banked hundreds of millions from BNPL and Charlie to be the only one not offered that opportunity.

In conjunction with this announcement myself Pete, Adam and Brad will sell another few hundred million dollars of shares to create liquidity.

I would explain to investors this is mainly due to pay tax liabilities from previous sales.
