I’ll respond on PAC chat the VPC SPAC’s later tonight too - on these it will be based on 31-Dec and will plug in current pricing to compare. I did notice VSL:LSE had an accrual for management and performance fees based on last net asset valuation announcement (not sure if I had posted that or not). I think for VSL alone it will contribute approximately GBP7M to VPC for the first half, with main fees being paid in the full year. If that flows straight through to PAC based on 24.9% share, it is a pretty good return.
The other thing to consider is that VPC has raised/grown FUM by more than $1B over the last year. There should be similar uplift here too, probably more than the SPAC’s. All adds up.
