We are absolutely in insane bargain territory - but it always depends on your risk tolerance, investment timeframe and thesis for investing. Blind sector exuberance is dwindling and the quality operators will soon rise to the fore. I have no idea where the bottom is, just the same as every single other person on the planet who doesn't have a crystal ball. But i know value when I see it.
