I questioned that on another thread, and from memory and it appears likely, but closer to q3 you would hope...
By then, you would pray that the sp would be well north of it's current value, however there looks to be significant headwinds to battle by then.
As management have used the due diligence mantra, so do they also need to consider their due diligence to the SP and shareholders , as well. ESPECIALLY if dilution is on the table.
There has been a lot of media posted on the AVL/Vsun social media pages, which is probably all that we can wish for under the current circumstances, however much of this is about the technology itself and little of the company's own achievements.
Again, an awful lot of promise, however we do need a more definite direction, and HOPEFULLY more organic growth from Vsun itself, to absorb some of the current cash runaway.
Unfortunately though, building mines and alternate technology entities, can often be a slow and frustrating process, inclusive of the myriad of barriers to entry.
Just hope we don't run out of operating cash flows in the interim........
