commenting...
if the US dollar index was going to rally or short cover
the timing is near perfect with this Dubai thing
spooking the markets...
US dollar index looks like a 'three inside up' forming
wich is about a 60% chance of a reversal...just need
to break the trendline strongly to confirm...
also USD to YEN looks like a washout candle signalling
a reversal...
