Footnote: if there is gas at volume at, let's say 4%+ and no water the only other collection specific risk would be pressure, lower depth, while cheep usually means less pressure, however if the gas is connected to the water hole drill point down dip a few km away it would indicate a very hard top cover and we would be fine
