I'm just saying there are alot of sellers/owners (who have the potential to sell) out there period. Especially compared to the amount of buyers (and the volume at least of late shows this - no one really buying up)
Thats what it takes to drive it up for real, and a decent amount - big buyers/volume, and we haven't seen any for a while now.
You can see my point perhaps more clearly with the buy vs sell volume - the real buy sell ratio is about 1:2
