I'm actually sad to hear this, Ken has been a great CEO and we couldn't have asked for a better to navigate the ups and downs over the last few years. In saying that i prefer a planned succession planning rather than CEOs that abruptly leave. I hope they promote Dale or someone internally because i can't think of an external mining exec that would be able to fill Kens shoes.
