There's a few misstatements in various of YPB's updates- and misleading statements about Blackmores as a customer that the ASX enquired into (and for some reason accepted the bs explanation provided because Blackmores are not a customer). I'd say JH should be worried about legal exposure... and what about the very few customers who bought their services only to hav them stop working at some stage in the near future?
