Are you suggesting another cap raising to come? I didn't think that was going to be necessary with the Line of credit they had lined up. Or are you suggesting they'll be buying on-market? I'd have thought PEN was a little too tightly held for institutions to get involved. Unles of course we were talking take-over, which again I thought they'd already dismissed as undesirable.
How do you expect institutions to get involved ?
