    A very top heavy share registry combined with a weak balance sheet! Mmm maybe some of that top heavy shares needed to be shaken out with the aim to get a stronger equity partner or buyout. Probably plan B. Plan A sign up some big players to get to the two 5 's one of these events need to happen soon.
