B24, firstly it’s Dubai that has the major financial issues, Abu Dhabi is miles up the Shake Zhaid road (hope i have the spelling correct) , which means driving at UAE speed it’s some two hours away and a completely different state ruled by a different family. Just for info Abu Dhabi are propping Dubai up by giving them money to keep heads above water, they have been doing ao for some time and about to cut the funds off. I know as I have worked in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai amongst others Arab countries for quite some years.
