I think you may be making a false assumption , re stems ready for roll out. Remember there is two distinct stages of manufacturing . The first is the stemcell bank and has a shelf life of at least 20 years . The second stage has a shelf life of 4 years.
While statements have been made by MSB that manufacturing has been taking place for GVHD we have also conducted the ARDS trial and continue to use the product for ongoing trials. These trials would have eaten into the surplus . GVHD is a very small indication.
