The RFT home line is the oft talked about, but never really seen Highbury.

But it won't be cheap as it's a DC charger, which contains RFTs rectifiers. I'm guessing close to $10k retail.

Whereas your AC EVSEs (technically not chargers, just glorified power points) are $800 (Tesla Gen3) to about $1700 (Zappi).

the Highbury (at 11kW isn't that much faster) so is really only need imho in two case.
    1. Where a manufacturer makes a DC only car (and removes the onboard charger) which is seemingly what RFT is pushing. Makes the car a lot lighter and simpler but removes the ability to AC charge in an emergency.
    2. Where the V2G/V2H features of the car require power to be taken or supplied in DC (and it's not clear if the Highbury is two way) or what ISO 15118-20 defines.

Id say RFT is more like the pick head manufacturer (or blacksmith). Tritium adds the wooden handle and packaging and then distributes it.
