The only thing that time has to do with it is if they become insolvent, that may sound ambiguous to some, perhaps its just the way iI look at things, but nothing in my opinion has changed, they either get the money or they don't, the only thing is is they don't they become insolvent, if they do get it then they haven't got one more worry for a long time if ever?

Ask yourself why the ASX hasn't asked for one? or why ASIC hasn't asked about the irregular trading?

The time is important, but only as an indicator of when the insolvency threshold is about to be stepped over, up until then they can continue to play games until Mr Rivero's "cough" Uncle Samuel hands over the money cough cough, that is the only important thing, I reckon Uncle Sam is a nice bloke, he's a bit shy, he never shows his face!
