The debt does not relate to the property at all which is what you were referring to.

What I agreed with is that it is his right to utilise bankruptcy as a way to protect his own wealth, as is a taxpayers right to minimise their tax liabilities in any way they can so long as it is in line with the law.

What I don't agree with is stepping from one grey area into another and by that I mean putting AHI in a position where regulators have the opportunity to ask questions around shadow-directing the company.

It was literally the first question asked here on HC when the leadership change was announced. Is Vlado shadow-directing through his significant other who, up until the announcement, had no management or board relationship with the company other than having a significant shareholding and a pesrsonal relationship with the then CEO.

If you were to say that Katherine is in a good position to lead the company as an interim CEO because she shares a house with Vlado and so would have a very intimate understanding of the day-to-day operations of the company then I would ask whether that is not considered insider trading. Katherine was a shareholder only and so should know no more than we do.

The only people who should have been in a position to take over in the interim are those already on the executive board.

Anyway, that's it for me - you clearly are unmoveable in your opinion and are steadfast in defending Vlado so there's nothing for me to gain in continuing to debate with you.

I agree with all you say SERA2g.. to us it appears so bloody obvious that its frustrating ...but some see the situation through other eyes and I'll say one thing for vivRookie he/she is carrying the" belivers" argument almost on their own and fending off a lot of missiles and sticking to their guns..cannot blame someone for that...and as long as the company keeps trading there is hope for those believers.
