Here ya go lads a no fail seedy rib recipe
Ingredients
Red Ant Pork ribs
1 cup tom sauce
2 cups coca cola
1/4 sweet chilli sauce
Canned chipotles or dried or sambal oelek & liquid smoke to taste or just chilli if you are not a fan of smoke
2tbls red wine vinegar
2 tbls worcestshire sauce
garlic
salt pepper
combine all ingredients marinate ribs at least 2 hours place in baking tray (with marinade) seal with foil cook for 3 1/2 hours at 150 degress celcius.
remove ribs & place on rack to cool, place marinade in fridge allow fat to set remove fat place marinade in saucepan reduce until thick
char grill ribs gently over coals until hot serve with sauce
