It was interesting today that Ken had a slight jab at others when mentioning the pricing mechanisms. By the sounds of it, he implied that the pricing mechanisms PLS have in place are far better than others, who may be locked in to more longer term pricing models. This bodes well for the coming quarters where again it was implied that our contract pricing will be far closer to spot pricing than ever before.
Imagine if our contracted spod was fetching north of $3500/t, and anything sold on the BMX pushed $5500/t+. The calculator begins to overheat when plugging these numbers in along with our increased production capacities that are coming online in the very near future...
I think the next two quarterly's will put the writing on the wall, with revenue pushing close to $1bn by my calcs over the next two quarters.
