    For this reason it will never get off the ground. approvals and a re-compliance with the ASX will push the deal out atleast 6 + months from here. not sure we want this failed asset anyway as it has been kicked around alot and hasn't been able to get off the ground. Anyone know why the current owners could get it off the ground?
