Ok, after having a quick read I am in disbelief.

FH have chosen the easy way out. They have replied to each question / statement but often not addressed the issue in point or the overall deficiencies in the management of the Browns Oxide project.

To often FH relied upon "at the time" which may be the case. CMR claimed to be committed to providing "current" information. When information released "at the time" was found to be incorrect CMR dragged their feet in updating the ASX, usually with more forward looking statements which proved to be yet again incorrect only with hindsight.

When FH didn't want to answer the question they just pasted in the standard reply.

It's plays like a broken record and that is the entire point. FH know it but can't be stuffed doing their job.

It's little wonder FH and CMR management see this situation as perfectly acceptable, they are as useless as each other. Fools never differ.
