DEALING with the Chinese makes no difference to what country your standing in. They use the same techniques where ever. Remember your not dealing with a private company per say, but a company directed by the Chinese government which translates to whatever objective the Chinese government is pursuing. In this case it is to retain a strangle hold on production of certain materials which are very important to the West. That's the power of influence and the sword they hang over the neck of the western countries.
