Cholla Canyon Ranch is close to Big Sandy. Ivan Bender is the caretaker there and every photo I've seen of the ranch shows no other people or animals there.

The town of Wikieup has a population of 102. Statistic sites show the population breakdown as around 70-80% White, 19-29% Hispanic and 0-1% Native American (or 1% Ivan Bender). The majority of Hualapa live at Peach Springs where the Hualapai reservation is 1hr 20 minutes drive from Big Sandy.
In a legal document prepared by Hualapai and posted previously here by livefree, one of the arguments in it was that the proposed mine will affect the potential business activities of Cholla Canyon Ranch. Surely ole Ivan Bender is trolling us with that one. We're talking 10's of billions of dollars worth of lithium vs a shack which serves as a sweat lodge and workshop for drug addiction.
