You seem to be mentioning Appeal yet the ASX annoucements mentions nothing about Appeal nor does it mention that it was rejected. As previously explained and as the ASX announcement plus the Council minutes confirms is that the matter has been referred to State level due to the large scale manner that the process is now in. They council approved the First licence but now its turning into a large scale mining process which is beyond the small towns experience. I myself am very glad its being referred to the State government level because once the mining licence is approved BAU can start getting into there large scale mining process that it has in its plan and will not be restricted by how much it can take out of the ground like the quarrying licence is subjected to.
This so called appeal statement was mentioned by the media which has already been rejected by the BAU management as blatant inaccuracies.
