So to be clear, we are promoting 4 senior staff into senior roles (VP???)and looking for 3 more general manager positions in a down turned market and a predicted lower than forcast 2010 FY. That does not make any sense, hope they are all taking pay cuts!!

What are those boats we own doing?? Not much was said about those at the AGM. They made us good $$ this year. If they are not working it will be a drain on our reserves because we borrowed to buy them.
