sorry Lucretious but we werent 1st off the rank, twin bridges used this rig the week before and there were delays there too.....hence our delays. The drilling operator is learning as he goes along also and working closely with our engineers. COGCC are over EVERY stage like a fine tooth comb .....you only have to look at our current applications to see that.
