not a holder and wouldn't wish this sell off on anyone.
However I believe it is prudent to look at the managers who recommend these stocks. One such appears regularly on swtizer report pumping the likes of Tyro, Appen, APT, ZIP, A2M, which have all been decimated.
Perhaps it would be wise to screen your investment choices based on the track record of proven managers / poor performing managers. In this case avoid stock calls from such managers! If you had shorted all of their recommendations you would be up!
