Put together another short list of stocks for next week and/or perhaps the next few weeks. Again looked at possible news based stocks and/or significant TA features that could move up in a weaker market. Updated USD and XAD charts are worth watching, currently at critical junctions. Took profits on ARM, VIL,VILO and OGC, added CKK. Missed re-entry into NKP (not happy..), still looking at JPR and OEX.
As always DYOR and good luck all for next week.
Any comments or alt views/charts welcome.
(Disc; own YTC and ATI from this thread)
Summary
USD and XAD update
Breakouts....
GWR, FCN, KMN, FAS, RHI, OGC, IRN
Potential breakout? Continuation/trend change
NKP, SWN, LEG, ADN, FUT, ATI, OEX, IPR, TEX, JPR, KAR, NSL, YTC
XAD Update from a few weeks back showing possible bearish rising wedge over this year, possible breakdown last
week with bearish implications for our market and commodity prices.
USD Update from last week, possible bear trap last week with single day below 75c support?
Breakouts....
GWR Update from last week, definately had legs on LT chart, spp released would expect to slow ST momentum.
FCN Mentioned FCN a few weeks back, strong buying in recent months likely news on jv update with BHP.
OGC Traded the breakout during the week, very strong buying late last week, possible further news in the pipeline?
KMN Update from last week, broke 17.5c resistance on expectations of feasibility report which is still to be released, given low strip ratio and heap leach process would expect robust project similar to LAT on a larger scale, despite this would be inclined to the sell the news given cash position. Mt Isa drilling also started.
FAS Re-rating based on Fe leases near Kalgoorlie and TA rail nearby, drilling started last week.
IRN Shopping Tampakan interest....in TH.
RHI Well located Fe leases in WA, volume is a bit sketchy but breakout is there, has legs on LT chart.
