The world is experiencing a "corrective phase" and will likely to continue for the next few days/weeks .

You speak like the downturn is "specific" to LTR which in fact it is the general market. There are jitters everywhere atm.

If the SP reaches $1.00 that you speak of, it will be short lived. (around 30% decline from this point)
( look at what happened on march 23rd 2020 when the world went into lockdown and the markets crashed to its lowest point)
If you pick virtually any stock, it recovered to the same level or surpassed it by 20/30/40% within 2-3 months.
AND if you look over history, the recovery is getting quicker each time there is a "crash" or "adjustment" in the market. This is because humans now live is a world of instant gratification and excessive greed.

This is why I do not worry if the SP goes to $1.....and to add to that, the fundamentals and strategy of this company hasn't changed.

At the moment, the market is like a circus with lots of noise, i suggest sit back, relax and what the show.
