    The MOG report stating GCOS @ 13% makes no mention of them using a DHI multiplier. Using the same 1.6 DHI mulitplier used by MEO of 1.6 that brings the MOG GCOS to 20.8%.

    I sure hope MOG didn't use a DHI multiplier otherwise the discrepancy is to wide for comfort.
