It isn't a stochastics oscillator but a customised price oscillator.
However if you use the stochastics indicator and if your software has an optimisation routine, you can backtest and optimise for maximum profits or for lowest drawdown ( depends on your preferences )and choose the best settings for your stochastics indicator. In this way, you'll get the most suitable settings for whatever indicator you are using to track your stocks, irregardless whether it is a stochastics, macd, cci etc. indicator.
