Probably stating the obvious A combination of overbought technical indicators as well as the conversion of a large number $10 options totalling $5M near the year high, appears to me, as the catalyst responsible for the recent sale of shares.
It also appears to me that the seller/s are more concerned with realising short term profits, possibly recouping their capital quickly, rather than hanging out for the bigger picture of a takeover, with much larger profits. Although I understand the business strategies of their actions, I see these actions selfish and do not align with the interests of current shareholders or the company.
Looking forward not backwards.
