questions always need to be consistently asked and they need to be challenged on whether they consistently value-add otherwise it becomes a race to the bottom as complacency sets in and board/management members no longer fit for purpose become a drain on the company and ultimately a drain on our pockets. as the company evolves, so should the board and management
